111xx Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all ancillary policies referenced herein:

• "Platform" means the 111xx website accessible at 111xx.net, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, account dashboards, cashier systems, gaming lobbies, and support channels operated under the 111xx brand.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the 111xx Platform, regardless of whether real-money activity has taken place.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 111xx Platform, through which the Player may access games, manage funds, and communicate with support.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 111xx Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering or withdrawal, net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based awards credited to the Player's Account subject to separate wagering conditions as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures — the identity and address verification processes the Company is required to conduct in order to confirm a Player's eligibility and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Eligibility

Access to the 111xx Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. By creating an Account, the Player warrants that these conditions are and will remain satisfied for so long as the Account remains active:

• The Player is at least 21 years of age. The 111xx Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local legislation.
• The Player is acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• The Player does not hold an existing 111xx Account, whether active, suspended, or closed. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• The Player is not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
• The Player has not been self-excluded or excluded by the Company from accessing gaming services on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 111xx Platform, a Player must complete the registration process and create a single Account. During registration, the Player is required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

The Company reserves the right to verify any or all information provided during registration at any point in the account lifecycle. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain credential security. Players must notify 111xx support immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 111xx Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Company does not impose currency conversion fees on standard PKR transactions, though the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for certain transfer types, which are entirely outside the Company's control.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 111xx Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice, subject to third-party provider arrangements.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. The Company endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. The Company reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Account cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Method Consistency: Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for deposits in the same Account, unless otherwise approved by the Company following a satisfactory review.

The Company reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Player's Account balance in cases where the Player has not complied with applicable KYC requirements, where a withdrawal request is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, or where the Player has an outstanding active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

111xx offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently towards fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of award, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Single Bonus Policy: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where there is evidence that a Player has abused the bonus system, including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional conditions.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 111xx Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The outcomes of all casino games on the 111xx Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to verify their integrity and randomness. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

Sports betting odds published on the 111xx Platform are set by the Company's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or connectivity failure during a game round, the Company will endeavour to resolve the issue in a fair and transparent manner. The Company's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome or technical error is final, subject to the formal disputes process set out in Section 14.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the 111xx Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without that person's knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means not authorised by the Company.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in poker or live dealer game formats, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal game conditions. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorist activity, or engage in any other activity prohibited under applicable financial crime legislation.
• Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or similar actions after funds have been deposited and used for gaming activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

111xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Company recognises that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through their 111xx Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money they bring onto the Platform within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion, which will block access to their Account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The Player has initiated a charge-back or payment reversal in connection with the Account.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Company, to other players, or to the integrity of the Platform.
• The Company is required to do so in order to comply with a directive from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Real Money Balance and all Bonus Balances. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the Company will endeavour to return any confirmed Real Money Balance to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon closure, the Player's data will be retained in accordance with the 111xx Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the 111xx Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand assets, text, data compilations, user interface designs, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The Player is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the 111xx brand name, logos, or trademarks in any way not expressly authorised in writing by the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111xx shall not be liable to the Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other economic loss.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. The Company will endeavour to restore service as promptly as practicable and will communicate scheduled downtime where feasible.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of Players' personal data by 111xx is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, the Player acknowledges and consents to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

111xx implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and the Player acknowledges this inherent limitation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — the Company will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying Players via their registered contact details.

The Player's continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If the Player does not agree to any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which the Company is licensed and incorporated, as applicable.

In the event of a dispute between the Player and the Company, the Player should first contact the 111xx support team to seek an informal resolution. The Company will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the Company's operating licence. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes, where no software malfunction is involved, is final and binding.
